Feedback for our training
"I was initially apprehensive about doing a 2-day course via zoom, taking me out of my comfort zone. My fears were quickly put aside as the course started and I was made to feel at ease. I found the trainer Rachel engaging and her enthusiasm for knowledge was infectious". - Support Worker, Brain Injury for Experienced Staff
Feedback for our Case Managers
Rosie is an excellent case manager who thinks holistically about an individual's needs and can form close, supportive relationships with vulnerable individuals who are otherwise quite isolated. She is a strong advocate for her clients and will go the extra mile to ensure they receive the assistance they require. She clearly has a good understanding of her clients' psychological needs but where complex psychosocial, cognitive and behavioural problems are impacting an individual's rehabilitation or well-being, she can incorporate neuropsychological approaches to further enhance their care. I would highly recommend Rosie as a neuro case manager.
Feedback for our Occupational Therapy Team
"I have made more progress in 6 weeks with my occupational therapist than I've done in 20 years working with my social worker."
"We are very happy with our occupational therapist who has worked with our son only a short while but has already shown a good professional attitude in all her dealings with him. Tell her to keep up the good work."
Feedback from our clients
“I cannot explain how helpful, understanding and resourceful our case manager has been. She gives us hope that we can get through this hugely difficult case and has made us feel more supported than we ever have done since my son's diagnosis. She always does what she says she will, asks questions, and really listens to the answers. She understands us as a family and wants the best for my son (and our other children). We are hugely grateful for the amount of time she has given us during a tough time.”
More feedback for our brain injury training
As you know (as I was vocal in saying this) I really had such a great time being part of the 2-day training. I was taking in everything you and everyone chatted about and was linking it into my work/role. I have come away with ideas and different approaches to use with the person I support. It’s been a long long time since I’ve enjoyed being part of a training session as much as I have with this and be assured the handouts will be getting printed off and looked over regularly,
