We have been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC – formerly CSCi) for many years. We take our registration seriously and strive to ensure we not only meet the standards set by the CQC, but exceed them.
The CQC speak to staff, clients and support workers when assessing the standard of care we provide. Here are some of the comments given to inspectors during the inspection of our Sheffield services:
“Everything has been handled well from the outset; I can’t complain about a thing.” - JSP client
“They have got things right and really care about people. It’s the best company I’ve ever worked for.” – Support worker for a JSP client
“They have made sure my daughter has the same opportunities as her siblings.” - Parent of a JSP client
“The staff are so kind and approachable; I find it easy to talk to them about anything that’s bothering me.” - JSP client
“The calibre of support workers is exceptional.” - Parent of a JSP client
