The JSP annual quality report has landed!

Providing professional services for our clients in an environment where the focus is efficiency and cost saving means that it would be easy to let the little things slip - but experience tells us that the difference between a service and a quality service is in attention to detail.

Our quality and compliance team are brilliant at detail – seeking and embedding quality in all areas of our services. So when we asked them for information to include in our first quality report, the scope of information and the level of detail that came whistling back really shouldn’t have been a surprise. Including everything was impossible - but what to include and what to exclude?

Many discussions, drafts and coffees later and we are proud to publish our very first annual quality report. We hope you’ll find it an interesting and useful read.
