Training@JSP provide specialist training to those engaged in the provision of brain injury and spinal injury case management, rehabilitation and support.

We are seeking to recruit a trainer with experience in the field of neuro-disability and/or brain injury case management to join our training team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering training and a passion for developing the skills and knowledge of staff that are dedicated to supporting clients in the community.

You would be involved in each stage of the training cycle including training planning and design, course delivery and evaluation, for support workers and professional staff working with clients who have sustained brain injury or other neurological conditions. With previous experience of training, you should have good computer skills, be highly organised, be able to manage a busy workload and travel to deliver the service.

You will work with a supportive team, have access to excellent training facilities and receive regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

You can be based at either our Sheffield or NE office and will be expected to travel to our other offices in Manchester and Edinburgh to fulfil the responsibilities of the post.

This challenging role is ideally suited to someone who is a team player, a proactive worker and highly effective in managing their time. The ability to quickly establish positive relationships and deliver and assess a range of training programmes is a key aspect of this role. Previous experience of delivering training is essential. Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications along with a positive approach to learning, using and supporting in-house applications are essential.

Salary negotiable according to experience and qualification.
