Our BRAIN INJURY TRAINING is tailored to either support workers or professionals and can be developed to meet the bespoke needs of the learners and clients.
We deliver SUPPORT WORKER CORE AND MANDATORY TRAINING which is never just a tick in the box – our training links directly with Skills for Care and CQC requirements for mandatory training and is tailored to both our learners and their clients.
Our wider range of support worker training takes core and mandatory training even further, helping support workers to become specialists in their work and deals with some of the trickier aspects of the role. We offer bespoke training packages for a range of titles including:
- working with cognitive difficulties
- introduction to executive functions
- goal setting and rehab planning
- insight and awareness after brain injury
- fatigue after brain injury
We also develop bespoke support worker training to meet the specific needs of the clients they work with.
We have developed a series of TEAM LEADER TRAINING, specifically tailored to the complex role of team leader in health and social care sector. The series is always developing with more courses being added regularly to meet the needs to our learners.
We deliver MOVING AND HANDLING PEOPLE TRAINING in clients’ own homes, using the client’s own equipment to ensure our learners are competent in supporting the specific needs of the client they work with. Our trainers will also complete moving and handling risk assessments and moving and handling plans in line with legislation.
And finally, whether you are a new case manager just finding your feet, or an experienced practitioner wanting an update on key areas of practice our WIDER RANGE OF TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS brings the many years of experience of our trainers working as case managers or occupational therapists together to share knowledge and skills in our ever expanding range of training.
